Our contact form asks for your name, organization, email address, inquiry type and message. A phone number is optional. Please include only the information needed to explain your inquiry.

When online sending is available, these details are submitted to our server and email delivery service to reach DeyTech. If you use the email-draft option, the draft is prepared in your browser; you choose whether to send it using your email app. Preparing or copying a draft does not submit it to our server.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your needs, discuss proposed services and manage related correspondence. We do not sell information submitted through this website.

Hosting, email delivery and security providers may process information as needed to operate the website, deliver inquiries and prevent abuse. We may also use or disclose information when needed to meet legal obligations or protect our services.

Website security and technical information

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details. When online sending is enabled, temporary rate-limit records help prevent spam. The application uses a protected identifier for these records rather than storing the IP address in the rate-limit key. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Retention and care

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs. Correspondence may remain in our business email systems and their backups. Retention by hosting, email and security providers depends on their service settings and policies.

Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
